Meet Dr. Meghan van Drimmelen

Dr. Meghan van Drimmelen, ND
Co-Founder and Co-Director of Juniper Family Health.
Dr. Meghan van Drimmelen has dedicated her practice to merging conventional medicine and naturopathic approaches of health care. Her patient-centered approach to care focuses on informed decision-making, and empowering her patients in their own unique health journey.

In her practice she offers both functional and conventional diagnostic testing, and uses evidence-based herbal therapies, vitamin and mineral supplementation, lifestyle coaching, acupuncture, IV therapy, and pharmaceutical medications.

Dr. van Drimmelen has a general naturopathic practice, with a special interest in the areas of reproductive health including preconception, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum support; hormone imbalances including PCOS, thyroid disorders, perimenopause and menopause; infant and childhood wellness; and chronic health concerns such as allergic disorders, skin concerns, gastrointestinal health, immune dysfunction, mental health, burnout and fatigue.

Dr. van Drimmelen is a graduate of the University of Regina (BSc) and The Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. She is licensed with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC, and holds certifications in pharmaceutical prescribing, acupuncture, and IV nutrient therapy. She has received advanced naturopathic training in the areas of gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, bioidentical hormone prescribing, and fertility acupuncture. She holds professional memberships with the British Columbia Naturopathic Association, the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Menopause Society, and the Canadian Fertility & Andrology Society. She has a passion for sharing knowledge and has written numerous articles for alive Magazine, and is a co-author in the book “Mokita: How to Navigate Perimenopause with Confidence & Ease.”
